That is a huge obstacle to overcome. Hopefully it will become easier with more practice. The only thing I can say about the polycythemia is that it really sucks. I know all to well about the onset of one new problem after another. It can be very difficult to remain optimistic. I hope your Sjogren's specialist has some new ideas. Best wishes!
