Definition

Adenomyoepithelial adenosis365体育网站: A benign proliferative lesion characterized by the simultaneous hyperplasia in both glandular and myoepithelial cells of the units of the lobules.

Adenosis tumor: A clinically and/or macroscopically recognizable breast lesion that, histologically, primarily consists of sclerosing adenosis.

Tubular adenosis365体育网站: A very rare benign lesion composed of disorderly growing, noncrowded narrow tubules that may mimic invasive carcinoma.

Simple adenosis: An increase in size and number of lobules.

Incidence

Adenomyoepithelial adenosis: In the literature, few cases are reported.

Adenosis tumor: Rare.

Tubular adenosis365体育网站: Very rare, only few cases have been reported.

Simple adenosis: Incidental finding in surgical specimens.

Age

Adenomyoepithelial adenosis: The age range is from 30 to 52 years...
